Booking Your Cake
We would love to bake for you! To check our availability and secure your order, please send us a direct message on Instagram or Facebook.
Deposits & Securing Your Date
  • Paid deposits secure your order. No booking is contractually confirmed until your deposit is received.
  • Pay promptly to avoid disappointment. We experience high demand and cannot hold dates or chase up unpaid deposits.
  • Late payments risk cancellation. If a deposit is delayed, your requested slot may be given to another customer due to shifting availability.
Collection & Delivery
  • Local service only. We offer collection or local delivery from our base right next to DRI Hospital in Doncaster.
  • Check your dates carefully. Please double-check that your requested date is accurate.
  • Stick to agreed pickup times. Our custom cakes take hours of precise design and baking, meaning early collections are rarely possible.
Admin Days & Response Times
  • We appreciate your patience. Our dedicated administration days are Monday and Friday.
  • Book early. Please reach out well in advance of your event so we can finalize your details during our office hours.
Pricing & Custom Decorations
  • Base pricing applies. Every cake size has a standard base price that includes essential toppers.
  • Premium toppers carry a fee. Detailed custom work—such as handmade fondant figures that require hours of intricate crafting—or specialty ordered items will incur an additional charge.
Artistic Style & AI Expectations
  • Every cake is a unique creation. No two bakes will ever look exactly identical.
  • Be mindful of digital designs. Many reference photos found online today are AI-generated images that are physically unrealistic to replicate in real cake medium. We will always prioritize structural integrity and real-world baking beauty.
